How do I create a care request? |
1. From the home page, scroll through the "My Benefits" Section.
Select "Submit Request".
2. Select your care timeline.
After selecting the option that best fits your family's timeline, select "Next" in the top right corner of your screen.
3. Select "Ongoing" for recurring care or "One-time" for backup care.
You will input your care schedule. Try to include as many details as possible to help guide your Care Navigator in their search.
4. Select your preferred provider type.
You can check as many or as few as you like. If you select a provider that requires you to travel (like an after-school or daycare center), drag the slider to highlight how far you are willing to drive or commute. 5. Select "+Add" to add your children.
This will allow you to add the birth date, name, and gender of the child. We recommend adding all of your children at once so your Care Navigator has all the information they need. 6. Input the zip code where you are looking for care.
This can be your home or work zip code to best support your daily commute.
Drag the slider for the hourly budget you would like to spend for one child. If you need more guidance, your Care Navigator can average budgets in your area. 7. Check your family's needs.
We recommend selecting as many or as few as needed to match the additional services to best support your child. 8. Submit any additional notes to support your request.
This information will be shared with your Childcare Navigator.
9. Review and submit your care request.
You can edit any section and select "Confirm" once you are ready.
What happens after I submit my care request?
Once you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email and text with more details. Your dedicated Care Navigator will also contact you with the next steps. If you need immediate care, your Care Navigator will confirm your criteria and kick off the search. Depending on the area and placement, your Care Navigator will usually present you with a few options within 24 - 72 hours of you contacting us for help.
If you do not need care right away, you can browse providers and save those that look like a good fit. We recommend keeping your Care Navigator in the loop so they know when you're ready to move forward. We're always here to help!
