How do I create a care request?

We are so excited for you to join our community and directly connect with Childcare Providers in your area. Our goal is to provide childcare services that cater to your family’s specific needs, offering affordable, flexible, high-quality childcare programs that are accessible and within your budget. 


How do I create a care request using the Upwards App?

1. From the home page, select "Create Request"


2. Select "Ongoing" for recurring care or "One-time" for back-up care.


3. Continue to complete your care request. 

This will include your start date, type of provider, location, budget, and any extra details that will best support your family.


4. Click on "Post Job" to submit your care request.

Once you publish this request, this will notify all providers within a 5-mile radius.


☞ You can track any updates using the Upwards App. Providers will message you directly through the Upwards App, so don’t forget to turn on those push notifications and always check your inbox. How do I create a care request using the Upwards Website?


1. Go to upwards.com.

Select your logo in the top right corner of your screen.


2. From the home page, select "Create Request".


3. Select "Ongoing" for recurring care or "One-time" request for back-up care.


4. Continue to complete your care request.

5. Click on "Post Job" to submit your care request.

Once you publish this request, this will notify all providers within a 5-mile radius.
