How do I delete my account?

We are sorry to see you go! If you have any concerns or feedback, please don't hesitate to contact our Support Team so that we can help improve your experience with Upwards. 

However, if you feel it's necessary to delete your Upwards account for any reason—whether it's a personal choice, a change in circumstances, or any other factor—you can follow the detailed steps provided below to ensure the process is carried out smoothly and effectively: 

1. Select "Menu" in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.


2. Tap on "Edit Profile" under your name.


3. Tap on the three dots "⁝ "in the upper right-hand corner.


4. Click "Remove Account."


5. You will be asked to confirm your request. 

Select "Yes, remove." You will be immediately logged out of the Upwards app. The Upwards Support Team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your request and process your account termination.
