How do I get paid for my referrals?

You can refer both parents and other daycare providers to Upwards. Here's how you can receive the payment for those referrals: 

Step 1

Head over to the Menu section by tapping your selfie or on the ¨Menu¨ button in the lower right-hand corner.

Step 2

Tap on "Referrals"

Step 3

Tap on "Stats" in the upper-right corner. 

Step 4

Once you are on “Stats” you will be able to see the “Total Earnings” and the “Unpaid Earnings.” You can accumulate as many referrals as you would like and request a payout when you are ready. Tap on "Request Payout" to start the process; once the payout is requested, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the payment to be credited to your bank account. 

Note: Your bank account must be linked in the app in order for you to receive payment. We are unable to issue checks or any other form of payment.
