How do I use my stipend?

Stipends for childcare expenses are processed through a reimbursement form. To submit your claim, you will need to access your Upwards account via upwards.com or through the Upwards app.


1. Head to the Home section and go to “My Benefits”


2. Click on “Submit a Claim”


3. Select the type of care and upload your proof of payment.


4. Select "Next" to complete your submission.


✔︎ Please ensure your invoice is clear and includes the following information:

• Dates of service 

• Caregiver's name 

• Child's name and parent's name

• Total amount paid 

• Invoice date

• Confirmation of payment status
