How much does Upwards cost?

Your employer has covered the cost of using Upwards as part of your benefits package, so the service is free to use. Childcare rates vary by provider and are typically based on age, schedule, location, and other factors. Providers are responsible for setting their tuition rates, but our team of Care Navigators can work with providers based on your budget. Upwards tuition rates are typically about 40% more affordable than traditional childcare options on the market. We promise there isn't a catch. We recommend downloading our app, https://upwards.com/download, to explore how these benefits can be precisely tailored to your family's needs. Once you've downloaded the app, scroll through the "My Benefits" section and select "Submit Request".

Your Care Navigator will contact you within 24 business hours and ask for your care needs. This will help us better understand the care you need, such as:

• Type of care you need

• Days needed

• Drop-off and Pick-up Times

• Distance willing to travel

• Weekly Budget

Once you tell us about your care needs, we'll get right on it! It usually takes us between 24 and 72 hours to find great options. We'll then send you a selection that best suits your needs.

• Interested in a daycare?  We can help you schedule a tour and enroll if you feel like it's the right fit for your family. 

• Interested in a nanny or sitter? We will share the contact information so you can interview potential candidates.

• Interested in something else? Our Childcare Navigators are flexible and will cater to your family's needs.
